Personal Holloway (Return of Power Shutdown PE)

The goal is to lock the runner out completely by trashing programs with ICE & Power Shutdown, rezzing Blacklist, & putting cheap ETR ICE over your centrals & a scoring remote. A PE list with Shock! as the only trap may seem odd, but it's cheap, fires from everywhere, & most importantly has great synergy with Power Shutdown which will usually bait a few runs on Archives.

There are binary ICE in two types. Lotus Field is essential because it's not only ETR but Parasite-resistant. Himitsu-Bako is similarly useful; it's reposition ability is great in this deck because it means once you've trashed the runner's fracter, you can move Bako to wherever needs protection (scoring server, RnD, etc.). I do find myself rezzing both Archers sometimes, sacrificing whatever agendas I have to, simply to complete the lockout & get an ETR on every server.

Why Personal Evolution? Other than the constant net damage knocking programs from the runner's hand, it's because people have completely forgotten how to play against non-Cambridge builds. Expect several turns of sub-optimal plays from your opponent while they express surprise at how much ICE you're installing. By the time you Power Shutdown their only breaker on the board, you should be well ahead in terms of executing your game plan.

Restoring Face is there because it's a terrible card that I want to make work. The deck can potentially hand out four bad pub (rezzing 2 Grim, seeing 2 Clone Retirement stolen); Restoring Face theoretically lets you sacrifice a Batty you can probably get back to stop things from getting out of control. It should definitely be another economy card, Subliminal Messaging works well with Power Shutdown and House of Knives.
