Asset Management

Play the asset game: be a total git by playing nothing but ambushes, and force that pesky runner to get svn their credits in order to break through your big ice.

It's all about Asset Management.

Installed a card in a remote and didn't advance it? Could be JHow ready to protect you from the agenda flood, Executive Boot Camp ready to dig deep and protect you from blackmail, or a deadly Contract Killer with their sights trained on ruining the runner's day.

And if you did advance it? Well, they'd better get ready to lose their programs, hardware, or grey matter. Or, y'know, it could just be GRNDL Refinery. Or an agenda. But you wouldn't leave one of those unprotected, would you?

Ostensibly a kill deck, Asset Management is designed to give you plenty of options, while paralysing the runner with fear as they try to decide whether it's worth the risk to run your remotes. Lots of big ice to protect your centrals, and the usual Blue Sun economic package means that you should be in prime position to score out those big agendas if and when you manage to eke out a scoring window.

If you can score out a High-Risk Investment you need never worry again about whether or not you can land that SEA Source and burn their house to the ground.

Bluff out an install–advance–advanced GRNDL Refinery on your last turn and they didn't run it? Advance–advance–flip it this turn and you just made yourself a net gain of 12.

Install Will-o'-the-Wisp on HQ or R&D and laugh as they bust in expecting a psi game only to see one of their cherished breakers slapped back to the bottom of their stack. Bonus points if it's a really expensive one.
