Probably could do with some more money and cutting cards closer to 45.

If you have O&C you can swap out the Diesel for I've Had Worse. It gives you influence-free draw and also protects from meat and net damage. Or swap out the Plascrete for IHW.

You could also swap one of the Ninjas for the 3rd Special Order.
