Space-to-Earth Renovation Technology v1.0

DubTak 3

The Beanstalk has turned New Angeles into an economic paradise. Every man, woman, and cyborg is reaping the benefits (and anyone who tries to convince you otherwise is an anarchic criminal trying to shape you into a terrorist). With the space elevator raising humanity to new heights down south, we at Gagarin Deep Space (a Weyland company, all rights reserved) considered the following question:

How can we revitalize Oaktown...FROM SPACE?

Our crack scientists think they have an answer, using a new and completely safe method of orbit-to-surface transfer of materials. As proud contenders for a government patent on the technology, we are obliged not to disclose any details, but rest assured that the crumbling skyline of Oaktown will soon give way to a beautiful metropolis rivaling Neo Tokyo and San San as a business- and family-friendly destination.

-Press release from newly hired GDS PRO Jackson Howard

This is a non-kill Weyland deck making use of cheap and/or advance-able ICE, economic agendas, and tax. Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon seemed like a good fit to protect Oaktown Renovation, along with Utopia Fragment and Predictive Algorithm (Utopia+PA+GDS+Oaktown= "yes, that Oaktown will cost 7 to steal not counting ice and is actively making me . Hope you nab it next turn when it'll cost 13 and make even more for me!") . Flare could easily be subbed out for Turing, but Wormholed Flare is just so good if you can pull it off. I might retool the deck to have Self-destruct and/or Punitive Counterstrike, or find a way to fit Constellation Protocol (Executive Boot Camp+Constellation Protocol shenanigans are so good on advance-to-cheapen ICE), but it should run pretty solid as-is. Space Camp is there to make ICE/Oaktown Renovation even more annoying. Hopefully the econ works in practice. Enjoy!
