Have you played it? Seeing the layout it seems similar to a deck played here, only difference is the ice layout for your deck is quite a bit cheaper. I'd imagine your economy is excessive for what you are running, which isn't a critique but just means you could probably try fit in a little more.

so far it hasnt lost in 3 games

the point of the extra money is to be about to power grid overload to get rid of plascrete and sea source and scorched in the same turn

your code gates seems very weak to Yog, maybe trying to fit 1 Tollbooth in might help there and -1 Data Raven.

Agreed - I wouldn't run more than 3, maybe 4 of both Enigma and Datapike combined. If you want to be on the safe side, 2+2 is plenty to force a Yog install (if they parasite 'em, you're a happy camper - your Ravens get to live). You can use the card slot to up the Shadow count to 3, as that piece of ICE is just amazing, really.

-1 Data Raven.

Dude, Data Raven is the best piece of ICE ever printed for Weyland. If he could, he'd run 6 of 'em :P

I'd drop the swordsmen if I really wanted to fit in a Tollbooth, personally.

I get the "run all 3 pointers" for Punitive Counterstrike idea, but Project Atlas is the second best agenda in the game... especially for Tag 'n Bag decks. I think I'd rather up my agenda density a bit but increase my ability to go get combo pieces by running at least two... probably all 3. You'd have to run Hostiles as well, but that's a great agenda too... especially with two 3 pointers scored and an Atlas token.
