Tax and attack v3.0

Restartt 217

The third iteration of the deck that won the Oneonta Store Championship.

The basic premise is this - i'm not going to stop you from accessing my agendas. You can get it if you want it. But you have a choice - let me score it, or die.

The ID makes people hesitant to check remotes early, as it costs too much money. Paired with paywall, this means every time they hit a remote, it's a free popup window.

The ice is all porous. The point is i WANT you to get through. with only 6 agendas in the deck, the chances of you finding anything are slim to none, and you're wasting cash and gaining me cash, just by running. All the ice is picked for maximum "i gain you lose" potential.

Only take a starting hand with some sort of strong early econ.

Use jackson and clicks to dig aggressively for your retribution cards. Keep a hand full of snares and 8 cash for insta legwork death, and have or scorched or punitives for if they hit snare, take a bad hit on hunter, or pick up 6 points.

You can score out an agenda under threat of double punitive and junebug.

You can throw a ton of agendas in the trash, and when they dirty laundry it jackson everything BUT 6 points out. The look of surprise when you jackson and the STILL score 6 is amazing, and the panic that follows even more priceless, as they scramble for punitive answers.

One decent ice on HQ is fine, and stack your cheap ice on R&D.

I've scored goverment takeover more than I've punitive'd off of it. \

The deck takes balls. Many times when i win, I've given the opponent some free reign over R&D and have just bluffed out naked agendas. It takes a lot of practice on when bluffs work and when they dont. But once you get it, it's so much fun.

The usual play is never advance. just play out cards. then advance three times. Everything is a potential junebug. Once you advance to six, they can't tell if it's takeover or junebug, and if you were smart with cash, if they steal it, you puntive and win, and if they dont steal it, you score and have takeover and probably win.
