Build up one strong remote with mostly cheap ICE, secure you internal servers and try to score SDC's early for Snare/Cerebral kill. I couldn't find a more reliable way to utilize Cybernetics Division and Self-Destruct Chips.
Not sure about Shell Corp, but couldn't find another good money card which isn't an asset. Same goes for Architect, which I like very much, but I don't know how much this will do for me in this deck.
Improvement suggestions are very much appreciated.

I'm not so sure about the grail ice myself and removed/put it back in a couple of times, but I just couldn't find a cheaper way for cheap kill/etr ice. Maybe -2 Archi - 1 Merlin -1 Jackson + 1 Mother +1 NEXT Gold + 2 Econ (but which) with 2 Influence (PopUps?) |

Shell Corporation + Cerebral Overwriter/Snare! is great unless you run into something like Singularity, so I think you are good there. This is one of the few decks where Architect isn't a massive boost to what you are doing, so I also agree with your comment there, but it will still help you build your servers faster, or install Self-Destruct Chips if the runner is running last , so whatever.
There are some Jinteki cards coming out in the next couple packs that will do a lot for this build I think. They all focus on limiting how many cards the runner can draw on their turn.
I don't know how attached you are to your Grail ICE, but freeing up influence there would allow you some combination of Neural EMP/Cerebral Cast/Punitive Counterstrike or something.
I worry a little about your econ. You are only running 6 operations and 2 "assets," and while most of your ICE is cheap a lot of HB's ability to earn and tax the runner comes from asset economy. With this ICE suite you are probably fine, but it bears considering.
