My first crack at making a CD:HU deck. Use Valley Grid, Ryon Knight and Neural EMP to make the runner very afraid indeed.

Viktor's not really for landing brain damage. He can be clicked through, but that works fine with Valley Grid. Either they click through the brain damage and end the run, or click through both and take a hit from Valley.

I dunno though, I can see the argument for Fenris too! Might try them both together.
