Jinteki - House of Hughes

Swiftie 254

I loved playing NBN, be it making news or NEH. But since clot came it it proved too hard to play around. As a result i went back to playing making news never advance. I found that once i scored off a sansan in a taxing server it was easy to protect it with edge of the world/snare (some times i even rezed them! Also James played a weird as fuck Jinteki deck at the London nationals and i thought it would be worth a shot (cortex lock with sub boot, but it quickly got removed). I had a game with it

I played this deck at the Reading tourney and it did well (3rd), the Jacksons are there just to get the snares back into R&D so i don't feel a 3rd one is needed. The econ was picked because it would be easy to recover from account siphon and could threaten snare often.

Th parts that need a better look at are the ashigaru, i felt that a taxing bit of ice would be good and my hand is full of murder often. but it does do badly against str 4 atman with i expect to see to deal with lotus field.

Would like to fit in another wrap around but think the influence is better spent on the sweeps and sansa's so there are a couple of Swordsman's to hate on eater (Joey).

A final note, i love how well all the agendas play together, i often try and feed a medical breakthrough to the runner since you don't really want to score the first one, fetal AI is a trap that often sits in my hand of murder and clone retirement is good for sniping the runner that has happened on more than one occasion.

Changes made, after the regianl in Oxford I made some changes to the economy. Dropped the green/blue level clearence for two sweeps week, since it should work better when runners want to keep their hands large because of the fear of death. Also dropped the Chums for a crick and a quandry this is really up for debate since i want to play atleast 17 ice in this deck to score all the agendas.
