This deck was made for the Biotic Labor combo. Namely, Biotic, Neural EMP, flip to brewery. Upon a little play testing, it seems pretty strong. You can always go with the shell game setting up game point using the Greenhouse ability as well. And the Tank worked well enough against Noise when I played. Keep on Jankin on.

What stops the runner from just drawing to three after his first click each turn?

Biotic, Biotic, EMP, EMP, Flip? :) Also, unchecked Ronin + Biotic + Flip combo, hitting a Snare late in turn, fear of the 4 advance combo, hitting a Psychic Field, comboing with an unchecked Mushined Philotic, being pinged with House of Knives.

Also, if the runner has to draw to 3 at the beginning of his turn, it's game over, but I think you meant "what stops the runner from drawing to above three by the end of his turn?"

Have you considered adding 1x Chairman Hiro to help get the runner into kill range? With him plus Biotic, Neural EMP and The Tank you can flatline a runner from them ending their turn on 4 cards.

Ber, I'm not sure I get your math. Rezzed Chairman Hiro makes the runner's hand size 3. If they end their turn with 4 cards, they will discard down to 3. That's still one too many to flatline with the Brewery and EMP.

Ah sorry you are right. I've been messing around with him and brain damage recently. Of course it won't work like that with net damage / cards in hand less than hand limit. My bad!
