Its pretty much a PE deck but with more scoring windows. You could easy add three Roto turret to turn up the breaker death.

You don't need breakers if you don't have Ice. Have you thought about Ice Destruction decks? And I don't think housekeeping works with Chronos since it doesn't state it is net damage.

You really ought to be playing Data Mine in this deck, it's basically made to be played in Chronos Protocol.
