The Taxman Cometh

NEH plays out horizontally over several turns, meaning all of your econ assets replace themselves in your hand. Encryption Protocol is ideal for making trashing those assets a little more expensive and messing with the runner's internal maths. If the runner fails to trash you asset econ (likely unless they're playing Whizzard) you'll have a nice steady stream of cash. I'd recommend always clicking Marked Accounts when you can, the free credits off them is just brilliant.

Ideally, you want enough money to install an agenda then rez SanSan City Grid to score it, meaning the runner will have to get in and trash the SanSan so you don't chain more scores onto it. Ash 2X3ZB9CY works well to protect either agendas or your SanSans; you can use it to bait runs as a runner will typically assume the second card into a remote is an agenda, they may run in to trash the Ash, then run again and find the other cards in a server are just Marked Accounts or SanSans.

Interns is a great card here, a 3/2 Agenda can be brought back from Archives onto a SanSan then scored using an AsPP token, or your asset econ can be recurred if you're tight on cash. NAPD Contract is great too, NAPD on an Ash means the runner needs to be able to trash the Ash or beat the trace AND still have 4 left over for the steal. Remember to rez the Encryption Protocol at the same time as Ash!

There's a possibility you can even install agendas naked if the runner stops checking your face down servers; watch how they react to you playing servers face down to see if this is a possibility.
