This is just another attempt to create a decent Medtech deck based on 2-pointers. Idea is to score early (taking money from events, threaten rig destruction with grail ice). If you missed the early game - play no advance and bluff snares as agendas. Recur economy with Jackson Howard. Punish careless runners with Neural EMP.
