Most Runners will expect Scorched Earth in Making News and they may even expect Information Overload, but Shinobi doesn't care about their Plascrete or Tags, it just cares about money and it works usually while they have 4 or less handcards. Basically you need double the plus 4. Two less versus Zero- Runners.

Keep the Runner's money down with them clearing Tags and paying for accesses to hopefully wipe away the Manhunt. If they go Tag-Me, punish them with UCF, CA and Psychobeale. If they stall, pressure them with your FA tools.
