Nasir Logos Stimshop v 1.0

AwkwardPizza 67

First time playing Nasir. The strategy of the deck is to tutor large programs and hardware with Self-modifying Code and Logos, then host them on Personal Workshop, installing them before you encounter ice or when you play a Stimhack.

Specific card choices:

Logos: I really like this console for this deck. It allows me to only run x1 of my breakers, and provides the 1 MU that this deck kind of needs. Hand size is an added bonus. I guess it could be swapped for Astrolabe, but it's really useful.

Personal Workshop: Vital to the whole deck. With Nasir, you host essentially everything on it and empty it when you encounter ice to turn a profit. It's also just an all-around card anyway, so three copies are included.

Net Celebrity: Recurring credits usable during runs are good for Nasir. This lets you get past Pop-up Window, and help when the corp rezzes small ice in general. It also kills Enhanced Login Protocol, which is a nice bonus.

Order of Sol: Great card for Nasir. Can trigger on the corp's turn, so ideally you can empty something off Personal Workshop on your turn and the corps, doubling this card's credit output.

Deus X and Sharpshooter - x1 counter cards, pretty self-explanatory. Might go up to x2 Deus X since my meta is Jinteki heavy.

Cerberus "Lady" H1 - Extremely good fracter for Shapers in general. This could actually be cut for Corroder, since I don't have recursion outside of Clone Chip, but that's mostly preference.

Clone Chip - It's at instant speed, so you can use up some money before encountering ice just like SMC or Personal Workshop. However, its main use is to recur Cerberus Lady.

Self-modifying Code - Absurdly good card, made even better since it's at instant speed, meaning you can trash it before encountering ice, making it even better in Nasir.

Torch - I like this as an expensive program to empty on Personal Workshop. Could be swapped for Gordian Blade, or even Refractor and Lockpick.

Garrote - This may be on the chopping block. It's a good expensive program, but it's 3 influence and it's often redundant with Mimic and Datasucker.

Stimhack - Combos with Personal Workshop, SMC, and Clone Chip, and it's also a good card anyway. At 1 influence, we can take 3 pretty easily.

I like the idea of Logos this allows you to lean on the Personal Workshop more but with no anti tagging in your deck i would recommend still not relying on it view it as a nice bonus when it turns up.

I feel you will struggle however the deck has no recurring creds or creds Nasir can use mid run other than Net Celebrity. so with a res your run could end outright Nasir needs money he can't have taken away from him mid run things like Cyberfeeder or Ghost Runner fill this roll.
